Aspire Health Services (AHS) is a private, outpatient mental health practice owned and operated by Ellen Deckoff, LCSW. AHS’s mission is to provide quality counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Ellen Deckoff emphasizes short term, solution focused approaches to treatment. Depending on your situation the initial sessions will be spent clarifying your problem(s). Once we understand your issues, we will agree on the goals you wish to accomplish. I will specify tasks or assignments to be performed between sessions that are aimed at moving you toward the therapeutic goals we set together. We will discuss these tasks and your progress frequently. A commitment from you is essential if optimal outcomes are to be achieved.
