Aspire Health Services (AHS) is a private, outpatient mental health practice owned and operated by Ellen Deckoff, MSW, LCSW.

Ellen Deckoff, MSW, LCSW has been in full time practice since 1982. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Ellen is licensed by the NJ Board of Social Work Examiners.  She earned her Master of Social Work Degree (MSW) in 1982. She also completed a two year post-masters externship at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy in New York in September of 1986. This is a widely respected two year program that provides advanced clinical training in couples and family therapy. Ellen has worked in family service agencies, a mental health clinic, an employee assistance program, and has been in both group and solo practice. She regularly attends relevant continuing education courses.
